RETURNS:

  • WE NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS JUST EXCHANGES.

  • ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  NO EXCHANGE. 

  • IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT YOU MOST NOTIFY WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME FOR DELIVERY.

  • YOU WILL RESPONSABLE FOR PAYING YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS TO SEND AND GET YOUR PACKAGE.​

Due to hygiene reasons we are strict on returns. Waist trainers are undergarments and for sanity reasons if a waist trainer its return not in the correct form we regret to say that the exchange will be denied.

We understand that buying online can be tricky, sizing may be confusing and each body its different therefore we offer a free  sizing service with professional advice, so we can help you to choose the right size. (THIS SERVICE ITS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR WAIST TRAINERS AND VESTS)

If you not wish to use this service you can go ahead and make and order. You will need to measure your waist at the smallest point of your tummy, above your belly bottom using a measuring tape and comparing this measurement with the size chart of the product.

If after you receive the product and it does not fit due to our fault, we will happily exchange it for the correct size.

 

We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER clothes.  Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be exchanged.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES:

​

Exchanges are only done for bigger or smaller sizes of the same item.

Exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection. Please take extra care to inspect and test all return items to ensure these requirements:

  • Unworn.

  • unused.

  • unstained.

  • unwashed.

  • All tags attached.

  • No smell other than natural product odors.

  • No animal or pet hair.

  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex.

  • Original packaging.

  • Within 15 days of the date you receive your item.

 

HOW RETURN PACKAGING:

  • Please "Contact us" to get in touch with our costumer service team to start the processing of return.

  • Your package is received and it will be sorted within 3 days of being received.

  • The exchange department will process the request in 5 days of being received.

  • If the item for the one you want to exchange its available in our warehouse we going to send it within 2 days, if not the item will take 30 days in arrive.
